I think the report card needs to be "simple". SBR is great, but it needs to be "translated" into a form that most parents will understand. Much of the jargon used in the standards is confusing to all but the educator. You don't need to use A,B, C or number grades to accomplish that. The report card needs to be easy for anyone to follow or parents will be overwhelmed by the information.
